Proven expertise in scaling high-growth companies, integrating acquisitions, building high-impact teams, and supporting team productivity.  McGrath brings over 25 years of professional management, operations, construction and development experience to the organization.  Prior to Lumin365, McGrath served as COO & Co-Founder of 365 Main a national private REIT data center company.  In addition to leading the company’s mission-critical operations he lead design, renovation and construction of more than 1-million square feet of complex data center development projects while maintaining critical uptime for active customers.  Prior to his success at 365 Main, McGrath’s held successful management positions with Abovenet communications where he managed the deployment of $1.1b in data center development, Opus Corporation and the The Clark Construction Group. McGrath holds a bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. He is also a California licensed General Contractor.

Patrick is a Business executive with 30+ year's experience in Marketing, Sales, Customer/Partner Management, Business Development, Consulting and Product Development.  At Microsoft, he ran a Regional Sales Team with annual quota of $100mm; lead the Regional Marketing Team for $500MM business and lead a consulting services practice with clients such as Coca Cola, Siemens and Federated.  At Yodlee, he started and ran their US Fintech business with a span of control including Sales, Customer Success and Support.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Statistics at Louisiana State University and completed Microsoft's MBA program at Kelley School of Business.

Marco is a real estate executive with 15+ yrs entrepreneurial & real estate experience as founder of Off Market Street Advisors with a successful exit. 

Chris is an innovation architect, CEO, leader, and business catalyst with proven impact building market-leading technology and infrastructure companies.  Dolan brings over 25 years of professional management and leadership experience. He is responsible for leading Business Development driving revenue growth in existing and new products. Prior to Lumin365, Dolan served as CEO & Co-Founder of 365 Main, a national private REIT data center company. Dolan grew the business over 8 years to be one of the top data center companies in the country which was ultimately sold to Digital Realty Trust in 2010 for $725 million during 365’s REIT public offering process.  Again in 2014, Dolan launched 365, orchestrating the carve out acquisition of 16 data centers from publicly traded Equinix and successfully selling the portfolio in 2017. Prior to his success at 365 Main, Dolan served as Director of Design and Construction for AboveNet. There, he was responsible for the $1.1 billion development of over 800,000 square feet of data centers. Dolan previously held management positions with The Clark Construction Group and HITT Contracting, both national general contractors headquartered in Washington, DC. Dolan graduated from The Catholic University of America with a degree in Architectural Design.
